If KDE Frameworks-5.115.0 was not installed in /usr, help the code find some headers that it needs:

Install lxqt-panel by running the following commands:
mkdir -v build && cd build && cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr \ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \ .. && make
This package does not come with a test suite.
Now, as the root
