Midori is a lightweight web browser that uses WebKitGTK+.
This package is known to build and work properly using an LFS-7.8 platform.

Install Midori by running the following commands:
mkdir build && cd build && cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr \ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release \ -DUSE_ZEITGEIST=OFF \ -DUSE_GTK3=1 \ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_DOCDIR=/usr/share/doc/midori-0.5.11 \ .. && make
This package does not come with a working test suite.
Now, as the root
user:
make install
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
:
This switch is used to apply a higher level of compiler
optimizations.
-DUSE_ZEITGEIST=OFF
: Remove
this switch if Zeitgeist is installed.
-DUSE_GTK3=1
: Use this
switch chooses WebKitGTK+ built
against GTK+ 3, for WebKit2 layer support.
-DUSE_APIDOCS=1
: Use this switch if
GTK-Doc is installed and you wish
to build and install the API documentation.
