Installation of libpaper

Install libpaper by running the following commands:

autoreconf -fi                &&
./configure --prefix=/usr     \
            --sysconfdir=/etc \
            --disable-static &&
make

This package does not come with a test suite.

Now, as the root user:

make install &&
mkdir -vp /etc/libpaper.d &&
